Photographer Steve Jobs shared the story of his most iconic images [Video]

Nearly a decade, between 1985 and 1994, awarded by many marks of distinction documentary photographer Doug Menuez photographed Steve Jobs. He paid special attention to the work of a businessman in the company NeXT, but made some interesting images of what was happening at the same time at Apple.

In a recent interview with BBC World Service, dedicated to his conversation with Steve Jobs, Menuez told several stories associated with some iconic images. 2-minute video shows rare footage taken during Menuezom “exile” Jobs from the company and during his intense activity in NeXT.

According Menueza, created a 15-year chronicle of Silicon Valley during its formation, Steve Jobs was one of the leaders of the IT-business. But some of his photographs have never been published and were not known to the general public.

Menuez believes that Apple founder was a prophet. When Life magazine suggested placing Menueza work in one of the issues, Jobs refused his permission to publish. He added: “Do not worry, one day you will enjoy these pictures.”
