Pokemon Go Plus wearable coming next week
Niantic and Nintendo announced that Pokémon Go Plus wearable will be available from September 16th. The accessory connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth and gives carriers the ability to control certain functions from the game.
As carriers of the Pokemon Go Plus walking along a pokestop, vibrate the wearable and is an LED light. By clicking on the accessory, players can collect items which can be obtained from these stops. Also, the wearable alerts about nearby Pokémon, by blinking and shaking. According Niantic is possible to catch the bugs without using the smartphone, with a touch of a button.
Niantic Wednesday announced that by the end of the year Pokémon Go also will work with the Apple Watch works . Apple smartwatch then offers similar functionality to the Plus wearable, though it is not possible to catch Pokémon from the watch. Or there support is not yet known for Android smart watches.
At the presentation of the quarterly figures in July Nintendo was already known that bracelet would come to market later. At the time, was called to take place at least in Japan, the release in September, but that appears to be worldwide. Only in some South American countries, the release will follow.
