Proximus certifies Fritz! Box 7590 and 7530 modems

from AVM
The Belgian operator Proximus has officially certified AVM’s Fritz! Box 7590 and 7530 modems. This means that the devices can now also be used on the vdsl network of Proximus.

AVM also announces that the Fritz! Box 7590 and 7530 can now also be offered by other operators with their rental subscriptions. With EPDnet the Fritz! Box 7530 is available immediately.

Furthermore, AVM has made Fritz! OS 7 available for the Fritz! Box 7490 and 7430. According to the manufacturer, this latest version of the operating system makes it easier to set up and use hotspots, more extensive smart home settings and better performance. Fritz! OS 7 also makes meshwifi possible: by allowing Fritz! Devices to communicate with each other, the performance of all Wi-Fi devices within the network would be optimized.
