Proximus customers can again play Pokemon Go – Update




Customers of the Belgian telecom operator Proximus have regained access to Pokemon Go, after previously access was closed by a security mechanism. Specifically went to an IP blockade, imposed after suspected of running an illegal service.

That reports De Morgen, according to a Twitter message issued by Proximus. Since tonight clients of the Belgian telecom provider could log in again via their mobile connection Pokemon Go, which previously set IP blockade seems to be lifted. Moreover Proximus customers could well reach the popular game via Wi-Fi.

On Friday proved to Proximus customers were locked Pokémon Go by developer Niantic, suspecting that a user via a prepaid connection via Proximus cheated.
