Qualcomm introduces ALLPLAY before an AirPlay competitor

Apple’s AirPlay feature is one of the easiest ways to stream content to other devices. Numerous third-party offer reception solutions. Now Qualcomm has ALLPLAY with a service for Android – presented and iOS devices, which is functionally similar. Developers and manufacturers have the opportunity to integrate ALLPLAY in their devices or apps.

The ALLPLAY SDK will be available in late 2013. With the widespread use of Qualcomm chips in smartphones today here much potential is given. So far there are mainly for Android rather individual solutions, even if standards such as Miracast already exist. Well be that comes with the cross-platform ALLPLAY Qualcomm momentum in the Android accessories segment.
