Ask yourself what qualities you would like to see in your broadband provider. Consider what they offer you as a customer. You might find your broadband provider charges a little more but has a better support service in place.


Customer Support


We all encounter broadband problems at some stage. You should have a support system available. This should include a phone number, an email, a physical address you can write to, and a live chat system. Not every company has all four of these options available. At least one of them should be open 24/7.
