Robot Monkey iStruct: colonization of the moon will begin soon


German Research Center of Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in early March said the work on the special robots , which can help in the study of lunar craters on the presence in them of ice from fresh water. Currently, DFKI has been demonstrated ape robot iStruct.

Researchers at the DFKI believe that ape robots have several advantages over wheeled or tracked robots. With four points the way these robots are more stable and can without difficulty to overcome obstacles and rocky terrain.
