Rumor: Chinese manufacturer Leeco shows this month smartphone with Snapdragon 823

The Chinese manufacturer Leeco will end this month presented the first smartphone with Snapdragon 823, according to a site that specializes in news about Chinese smartphones. Qualcomm has the existence of the 823 yet confirmed again.

The Snapdragon 823 would be a souped-up version of the 820 currently in devices such as the HTC 10 LG G5 and Xiaomi Mi 5 seat. Also supports the soc lpddr4 8GB memory in phones, writes Gizmo China. Leeco would like to show the phone to the Asian version of telecom exhibition Mobile World Congress, taking place in Shanghai from June 29th.

It would not be mad if Leeco would show the first device with Snapdragon 823, as the first smartphone with 820 Qualcomm showed was that manufacturer. Leeco is the new name of the manufacturer formerly known as LeTV.

The Snapdragon 823 has previously been associated with include the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 . Qualcomm presents socs sometimes well in advance, like the Snapdragon 820, but sometimes the announcement of a soc coupled with that of the first devices containing the soc , as happened with the Snapdragon 801 in early 2014.
