Rumor: Google introduced Android 5.0 update for battery life problem




Google, according to a new rumor, the Android 5.0 update for Nexus devices last year and over, like the Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 was postponed because the battery would be hard deflate. Cause could be a bug that has to do with the wifi connection.

The bug , which is discussed by engineers at the site for the Android Developer Preview, implies that the wifi connection interruption requests sent to the processor, so the battery has run much faster than normal. Google has acknowledged the bug Wednesday and the problem would have been solved, it says in the bug tracker.

According to this bug Android Police the reason why Google has the Android 5.0 update for the Nexus devices not yet released, although the nine Nexus tablet Monday appeared on the market. The update should now next Wednesday to appear.

Google announced Android 5.0 in June as Android and L gave last month more details. With the new version of the Android operating system gets a lot of new features and functions, such as notifications on the lock screen and a design that Google describes as “material design. Google has in recent weeks been updated with many apps that “material design” as the Play Store, Calendar, Maps and Gmail. Android 5.0 comes out for the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 (2012), Nexus 7 (2013), and Nexus 10.
