Rumor: Google is working on iOS support Android Wear




Google is working on support Android Wear for iOS. Reported that an anonymous source of The Verge. Google hint been on iOS support for Android Wear, but the question is whether Apple would allow a companion app in the App Store.

According to the source of The Verge, Google has certain functions internally already working, such as the ability to send notifications to iOS Android Wear a watch. The iOS version of the companion app would forwarding support Google Now cards. It is not yet clear whether Android Wear on iOS will also get more advanced features, like the ability to pause music.

Google gave last fall already that the “interested” in iOS support Android Wear. The question is whether Apple there just as interested in is: The Verge noted that it is prohibited in the App Store to make references to other operating systems. Chances are that the app then no ‘Android Wear’ can be called.

Moreover, Apple is just about to launch its own smart watch; Apple Watch extradited from April 24, but not yet in the Netherlands and Belgium. A Dutch release is still unknown. Incidentally, the Pebble smart watch works well with iOS.
