It would not be the first time that the 3DRealms CEO has it right when it comes to these issues. He has his information, in turn, probably from Sam Thompson, producer at Sony Computer Entertainment America. Who posted on November 2 a tweet. Also anonymous sources of Eurogamer confirm the closure.

Konami has not yet responded to the messages. In addition, it can be seen that there are vacancies open at the studio, which may mean not beat the messages. The potential closure of the studio does not come as a bolt from the blue, messages in recent months would already show that Konami is planning to focus primarily on mobile games and so-called pachinko machines. It would also famous Hideo Kojima Metal Gear now left his at Konami after insoluble differences of opinion between him and the management. Konami itself denies that its franchises like Metal Gear and Castlevania, in the lurch, but does not deny that it is only going to focus on mobile games. Kojima says the company he’s just on vacation. Even horror game Silent Hills, where the game is based on PT, is canceled.
