Rumor: Samsung comes with detachable keyboard accessory Note 5

Samsung comes with a possible accessory to his unreleased Galaxy Note 5 smartphone, which allows users to type on a physical keyboard. The Dutch Samsung fansite SamMobile said to have heard of a “keyboard cover ‘for the Note 5.

The ‘keyboard cover’ would be a novelty for Samsung. Current devices do not have such an accessory, although Samsung itself already provides cover for its handsets, such as the S-View covers. The keyboard cover would come true for both the Note 5 as the successor to the Note Edge , says the usually reliable SamMobile.

The keyboard cover is striking, because Samsung just like all other manufacturers for years does not make smartphones more with physical keyboard. The latest generation of phones with physical keyboards arrived in the Netherlands in 2010 and 2011, has since stopped with major manufacturers such phones. Only BlackBerry insists, the most recent keyboard devices with the Passport and the Classic.

The successor of the Note Edge would have a screen with a diagonal of 5.4 “or 5.5” and would be contrary to the Note Edge no S-Pen inherit. This looks more like a larger version of the current Galaxy S6 Edge . Since the code name is for: it is called internally Project Zero 2 a reference to Project Zero, the name under which the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge developed.

Samsung would present the units traditionally at IFA electronics fair in early September in the German capital Berlin. There has always let a new Note device see the last four years.
