Rumor: Samsung Galaxy Note stops series after seven discs fiasco

Samsung may stop the Galaxy Note series smartphones. The name would have sustained too much damage from the fiasco with the Galaxy Note 7 in recent months. Samsung stopped this week with the sales and production of the Note 7.

There will therefore be no discs 8 next year, reports the Russian site Hi-Tech Mail. Samsung has not confirmed the information and both sites also appear unsure of their case, so it is unknown whether the South Korean electronics maker will take this step.

Note the name would have sustained much damage from the affair surrounding the discs 7. Samsung stopped this week with the production and sale of the phone, after it appeared that swap phones catch fire. The manufacturer had exchanged the equipment as hundreds of copies of the first version had of vlamvattende battery’s charge. Samsung will destroy the Note 7’s recovering it.

The Note 7 was not released in the UK and since the Note 5 never hit the market in the Low Countries, the Note 4 from 2014 was here the latest version of Samsung’s smartphone series. The series began with the first Galaxy Note from 2011, a phone that broke a lance thanks to its 5.3 “screen and dimensions of 14,7×8,3cm major smartphones.
