Twenty countries in the United Nations, representing the largest kiberderzhavy first time in the history of the Treaty on the Limitation of their actions in the information space. As part of the agreement, these countries have agreed to use kibertehnologii only for peaceful purposes. Among other things, they pledged not to insert “bookmarks” in IT-products, not to attack critical facilities, such as banks and nuclear power plants, as well as going to fight hacker attacks and sabotage, which are produced on their own territory. While these requirements are dealt with only as a voluntary, but Russia plans to make it mandatory in the future.
