Russian submitted to Google to court for reading his e-mail

The man thought that thus violated his right to privacy, therefore, appealed to the district court in Moscow Zamoskvoretskiy a civil action. According to him, he hopes to set a precedent and protect Russian users from possible violations.
The Russian Google headquarters said they would not comment on the litigation, however, explain the principles of operation of the search engine.

The suit is scheduled for February 16, 2015.
