Samsung announces foldable notebook 7 to Spin




Samsung has announced its new notebook 7 Spin. That is a completely foldable laptop among other features fast charging technology that should have fully charged laptop within 100 minutes. There will be two models with 15.6-inch screen and 13.3-inch variant.

Samsung is known to the larger model will be equipped with a Core i7 6500U processor while the smaller Core i5 6200U will have on board. Running at speeds of 2.3 and 2.5GHz respectively. The 15.6-inch variant also get a dedicated graphics card in the form of an Nvidia GeForce 940MX with 2GB VRAM. The 15.6-inch version is also divided into two models. These two have 12GB and 16GB ram and the top model is next to the same 1TB HDD as well as copper also a 128GB SSD on board. Samsung reports that there is room to add an SSD to the two models that have not already. Also, users can add the ram itself an upgrade.

The screens in all models have touchscreens. It is striking that all models have the same 45Wh battery on board. Charging the battery would go users can earn two hours of battery life via the USB-type c-port and 20 minutes to a wall outlet. The USB-c-port can also serve as a video output. Furthermore, we read that the two larger models can also read multiple types of memory cards while only small micro sd cards accomodeert. The two larger models have a numeric keypad and Ethernet ports. The keyboard is illuminated on all models.

Availability and price in the UK Samsung does not speak in the announcement. Samsung will take some time no more laptops in the Netherlands and Belgium, so probably that the notebook 7 Spin also be the case. Who such a laptop would really like, so it would be forced to import it. The laptops start at US 800 to $ 1200 cost, including VAT and converted 852 to 1277 euros. On June 26 the devices in the United States go on sale.
