Samsung brings Galaxy S III Neo with Android 4.4




Samsung has quietly Galaxy S III Neo for the European market put on his site. The new version looks the same as the S III, but has more memory and standard on Android 4.4.2 running.

Samsung Galaxy S III Neo The Galaxy S III Neo appeared on the German website of Samsung and has the exact same design as the Galaxy S III i9300 which appeared two years ago. The dimensions and weight are unchanged. The only differences are in the hardware of the device and used the Android version.

The S III Neo appears with Android 4.4.2, a version that the regular S III will never get, according to Samsung because the phone “too little memory” has. The S III Neo has 1.5 GB, 1GB opposite of the usual S III. In addition, the processor is altered. The S III has a Exynos 4 Quad Samsung itself; Neo variant probably have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, a quad-core Cortex A7 processor with four cores at 1.4 GHz with Adreno 305 GPU. The phone supports 3G and not 4G, which virtually all other midrange handsets with a price between 250 and 350 euros or support. The S III Neo would cost. Around 280 euros

The S III Neo is probably also in the Netherlands. Provider Vodafone did by accident an S III Neo with Dutch software to a customer who had ordered a S III, as is apparent from a conversation with photos on Facebook.
