Faster than the HTC one, twice as many points as the Apple iPhone – the Samsung Galaxy S 4 must be in the Geekbench test hide them not. The benchmark test shows how much power under the hood of the new flagship of the Koreans infected.

That Samsung has since bolted together with the Galaxy S4 no pickle, you could already think, before we knew that it is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 of which tinkers with 1.9 GHz per tank to himself. Our own first benchmark test with the Quadrant test showed it for now that the quad-core would be traveling fast.

Now is the result before the Geekbench test and there is verbläst the gathered rivals. Only the HTC One – also (although equipped with a clock speed of 1.7 GHz) with a Snapdragon 600 can compete fairly. The Samsung Galaxy S4 gets here whopping 3163 points, even the HTC One follows with 2687 points already with quite a large margin. Also interesting is that this benchmark works across systems, and so can be found here, the Apple iPhone 5 is again also. With 1596 points, it can achieve just half of what the new smartphone delivers from Korea here. Mention would be the way that the guys at have also tested the LG Optimus Pro and the G comes with Snapdragon 600 (1.7 GHz like the HTC one) even on 2878 points and joins just behind the Galaxy S4.

I personally do not give quite as much on the benchmark tests. Apple has just shown that this is often a long way behind the competition is slacking and still, the guys in Cupertino to build a device that runs fast and performant and where absolutely nothing stutters and hangs. Nevertheless, I show you the picture to the course overview of the Geekbench tests:
