Samsung Galaxy S5: the first leaks




In the network appeared the first information regarding the future flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S5. It is reported that the new smartphone will be equipped with 16-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, as in the Nokia Lumia 920 and 1020.

The next flagship smartphone Samsung – Galaxy S5 – will be equipped with a new camera with a resolution of 16 MP and optical image stabilization, SamMobile reports with reference to the Chinese resource Naver.

Currently, the company is “in the middle” of developing a new photosensor according to sources. SamMobile also writes that the release of Galaxy S5 is “inevitable” event.

The line’s flagship smartphone Galaxy S was established in 2010 Since then, Samsung announced a new model every year, increasing the sequence number in its name. The current flagship is the Galaxy S4, submitted in March and went on sale in April this year.

The first model lineup, Galaxy S, had a camera with a resolution of 5 MP, S2 and S3 – 8 PM and S4 – with a resolution of 13 MP. None of these smart phones do not have optical image stabilization. The first to introduce this feature in Samsung planned Galaxy Note III, the announcement will take place on September 4.

However, Samsung has not been possible to obtain from the vendor sufficient to run the number of sensors with optical stabilization, so the camera in the new planshetofone was decided to leave without this technology.

According to the sources relied upon by SamMobile, Galaxy S5 will be the first smartphone that will be powered by the new matrix, but not the last. Subsequently, a new 16-megapixel sensor will be used in many other mobile devices of the Korean manufacturer.

It is worth mentioning that the only smartphone in the line of Samsung, which is equipped with optical stabilization is the Galaxy S4 Zoom. However, this is another category of devices. Adding technology to the vendor’s flagship smartphone will compete with other manufacturers, including Nokia, which already has equipped her with some models (Lumia 920, 1020).
