Then Michigan researchers have written an algorithm that recreated the missing pieces of fingerprints, and got a few options for the image. They were then printed by a conventional inkjet printer on conductive paper. The latter method was effective, and Samsung Galaxy S6 succumbed to experts, though not on the first try.
