Samsung makes fastest flash memory so far
Samsung claims to have the world’s fastest flash memory made. To own The EMMC memory with the v5 v4.5 specification must follow and can achieve transfer rates up to 250Mbps. The flash memory is particularly suited for use in mobile devices.
