Samsung puts pictures and instructions Galaxy S6 Active online

Samsung on Wednesday put the instructions and images of its upcoming smartphone Galaxy S6 Active online. The device is waterproof and dustproof and has been given an IP68 certification. The device appears as yet only to come out in the United States.

Samsung on the page of the Active Galaxy S6 put the specifications of the regular Galaxy S6, so it is unknown what the exact specifications of the Active version. The specs are not heads, demonstrated by the fact that the dimensions and weight are exactly the same and the specs page indicates that a fingerprint scanner in the Active would be. However, the manual is not called the fingerprint scanner, while the regular S6 it is.

Nevertheless, to the instruction manual or to initiate the necessary steps off, including the precise design. The manual makes no mention of a microSD card, while previous rumors but agreed that there was. Or the larger battery also is in the unit is unclear.

With an IP68 certification, the phone is dustproof and waterproof up to a depth of 1.5m. The unit currently seems intended for the US provider AT & T alone. Samsung phones on the AT & T network devices operating on Dutch networks. When and at what price comes the Active, is still unknown.
