Samsung shows round Gear S2 smart watch




Samsung showed Thursday a glimpse of a new smart watch on the Unpacked 2015 event in New York. The arrival of the Gear S2 did some time rumored code-named Project Orbis. It is the successor of the Gear S that came out late 2014.

The Gear S2 was only shown via a teaser video and seems to follow the traditional wristwatch form. The housing has a metallic look and the display is round. The trinket given a completely new interface, and runs on Samsung’s Tizen OS.

The suspected Gear S successor probably contains a Exynos processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the 768MB memory is large with a storage capacity of 4GB.
