Samsung wants to ban the sale Nvidia chips




Samsung has filed suit against Nvidia patent infringement. With a lawsuit hopes the Korean manufacturer to enforce a sales ban on the chips that the company sells. The lawsuit is in response to a lawsuit filed against Samsung Nvidia earlier.

According to Bloomberg, Samsung has its indictment filed by the International Trade Commission. This American authority include the ability to set up a marketing in the United States where there is an infringement of a patent. According to Samsung, the chips of Nvidia infringement of patents; which products are exactly is not clear yet, but it will probably go particularly to the GeForce GPUs and Tegra SOCs. A sales would also affect manufacturers who make use of the products from Nvidia.

Samsung will probably react with the lawsuit charges that Nvidia has previously submitted . Nvidia accused Samsung of it that it violates its patents in its Galaxy smartphones and also hopes to enforce a ban on sales.
