Samyang 35mm f / 1.2 for aps-c system cameras come out in September
South Korea’s Samyang brings a manually adjustable 35mm lens without autofocus system for cameras in September. The 35mm f / 1.2 is marketed in versions with Sony E, Micro Four Thirds, Fujifilm X and Canon M-mounts.
The Samyang 35mm F1.2 ED AS UMC CS has an optical design that includes nine lens elements in seven groups. Of these two lenses are aspherical in order to reduce image errors to a minimum. There is also an additional low dispertion – element used in the design.
The aperture has nine circular slats and a maximum aperture of f / 1.2, with a minimum of f / 16. The minimum distance at which it is to focus, is 38 centimeters. The lens has a filter size of 62mm.
Depending on the required mount the lens weighs between 420 and 433 grams. The smallest version measures 73mm in length and has a diameter of 67,5mm. The lens will be available in September and will retail for 450 euro note.
