As we know, when we make a screenshot using a combination Cmd + Shift +4 + Space (space), the screenshot is saved with a shadow box / element. But this is not always practical. You can get rid of this with a single command in a terminal:
defaults write com.apple.screencapture disable-shadow-bool trueViewing:-126
