Software Update: HitmanPro.Alert 3.0.57 Build 207

An update for version 3 of HitmanPro.Alert appeared. Increasingly we see reports about Internet security and the failure thereof. Hackers try to come up with malware behind financial data in order to plunder accounts. An antivirus program and firewall are often not enough to stop an attack. HitmanPro.Alert can check the integrity of the Web browser. It’s not a browser plug-in, but runs as a system service and release from the top right through a so-called flyout window to know if the integrity of the browser has been compromised by malware or not. Support is available for Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera and the derived browsers.

Version 3 is no longer free. Browser security is still free, but for protection against Crypto Locker -ransomware, which encrypts all files on the computer, must be paid. A single license of SurfRight can be used both as HitmanPro HitmanPro.Alert, prices start at twenty euros. More information on this can be found page. The changelog for the last few versions can be found below.
