Software update: MultiPar




MultiPar is an open source program that allows files with accompanying parchive files to be checked for corruption. If necessary, it can reconstruct the data. This is used, among other things, for the exchange of files via usenet, since they are cut up in different parts and not all parts are available on all usenet servers. MultiPar came out a few days ago with the following list of changes:

Overwrite installation will check version or EXE / DLL files.

Change: Absent extra feature in a very old CPU is grayed out.
Improvemen: When CHM file was blocked by Windows Explorer, it’s unblocked before open.

Change: Number of threads is limited to physical cores on high-end CPUs.
