Software Update: WSUS Offline Update 10.7.1




10.7.1 version of WSUS Offline Update is released. This program allows Windows computers that have no or slow Internet connection, yet provide the latest updates from Microsoft. By simply one or more operating systems, office suites and language checking, all available updates from Microsoft’s FTP server downloaded. If the updates are inside, there is either an ISO file by language or an operating system created. can via a CD or DVD, then other computers to be updated quickly and easily. In this release the following changes and improvements have been made:

Modifications in version 10.7.1
DownloadUpdates.cmd script will now backup and restore known good catalog file
Replaced Superseded June 2016 update rollup (kb3161608 / kb3161606) for Windows 7 / 8.1 (x86 / x64) and Server 2008/2012 R2 by July 2016 update rollup (kb3172605 / kb3172614)
Replaced Superseded April 2015 servicing stack update for Windows 8.1 / Server 2012 R2 (kb3021910) by July 2016 servicing stack update (kb3173424)
Added July 2016 servicing stack update (kb3173426) and July 2016 update rollup (kb3172615) for Windows Server 2012 update to scan prerequisites
Inserted reboot / recall after scanning prerequisites Update ‘installation
Removed obsolete explicit installation or Windows Update Agent
FAQs corrected and enhanced
Fix: Decreased minimum installation stage size from 50 to 40 updates
Fix: Removed obsolete Update for Microsoft Update client for Windows Server 2012 (kb2937636) from scanning prerequisites
Fix: Download part missed kb2978042 (MS14-057) and kb3035489 (MS15-048) for Server 2012
Fix: On Server 2008 R2 / 2012 systems, kb2992611 (MS14-066) was Repeatedly offered for installation
Fix: Cleaned up ExcludeList-Superseded-exclude.txt
