Sony” announces cloud gaming service “PlayStation Now”

Announced “Sony” on Tuesday gaming service cloud new affiliate, “PlayStation Naw” PlayStation Now, which allows broadcasting the games to devices the “PlayStation” of different types, and to TVs and intelligent computers tablets and smartphones.

It is noteworthy that “Sony” acquired in 2012 the company “Giaca” (Gaikai), which was considered one of the most important service providers visual intensive games online, a deal estimated at 380 million dollars, as a prelude to serve the live broadcast of the games to its users.

The service allows “PlayStation Naw,” the user to rent games, or pay a monthly subscription to gain access to various games.

The service works on many devices, it does not actually be run on the machine, but in the central servers, and then transmitted to the user’s PC.

And will serve “PlayStation Naw” through next summer to users in the United States first, and the support is limited to devices “Playstation 3” and “PlayStation 4” first, then “Playstation Vita”, to be supported later on TVs “Sony Bravia”, then the rest of the devices connected to the Internet, did not reveal the “Sony” date for the launch of this service in other areas.

It is noteworthy that this announcement came through the activities of the Consumer Electronics Show “CES 2014”, which are currently underway in the city of “Las Vegas” of America.
