Sony starts studio for developing virtual reality games




Sony has opened a development studio is going to deal with making virtual reality games. The games are available for Project Morpheus, the VR glasses that Sony wants to bring to market next year.

Users on the forum NeoGAF discovered that Sony has placed a vacancy for a job at the new development studio that bears the name North West Studio and is in England. The company is looking for an experienced programmer for a game engine. In the description that the studio deals with making games exclusively for Project Morpheus, the VR glasses that the company announced earlier.

It is further unclear what games are on the schedule and when to get out. Since Sony is VR goggles Project Morpheus will next year make it likely that a number of games must be ready.

Sony is not the first that deals with the development of VR games. Last week was Ubisoft announced that it is working on a number of games for VR goggles. The games Ubisoft also need to work on Project Morpheus.
