One of the new techniques in order to ensure that missiles can be reused in the long term is to add fins, which can be folded out when the rocket returns to the earth. Additionally SpaceX test a mobile and autonomous drone ship. This is, in fact, a platform that can be used to show missiles countries and to refuel subsequently them. With propellers that come from oil platforms may be the landing platform keep themselves in the right position at sea. As a ground for recurring rocket can be kept away from civilization, so the risk of human casualties is reduced in an accident.
