STC renewed its warning to its customers from local and international calls by unknown persons claim that customer has won a prize from the company.
These nameless requires the client to obtain the award transfer credit for a particular number, or send the recharge card number or disclose some personal information such as your PIN code by credit transfer, or account number, or credit card number.
The company called for such messages reported by SMS to the number 800825, the caller, and then will be treated and tracked through the competent authorities.
Eng said Nawaf bin Saad alshalani, Director of Media Affairs that such calls — which the company already has warned – is misleading and fraudulent calls, customer must not disclose their personal information via phone calls or text messages.
Alshalani said that all the company’s promotional campaigns or campaign contributions are advertised in newspapers and on various media, and communicate with clients winners and huge via their mobiles without asking them any money or personal and confidential data.
