Stolen game publisher Ubisoft hacked, user names, passwords and e-mail addresses

Ubisoft is one of the largest game publishers in the world, such as title Anno, Settlers and Co covered by the Ubisoft flag, which today operates through various acquisitions under the name of Ubisoft Entertainment SA in France. Now the servers were hacked, the internal systems were online access by foreign persons.

It informs that the account database are concerned with user name, e-mail addresses and passwords. According to Ubisoft No payment information is stored in the system. This means that any credit card information are not affected. By Ubisoft has already sent you an e-mail to the members so that they change their password. Here is the e-mail in the original:

Dear Member,

Just recently we found out that some of our web pages have been exploited to gain unauthorized access to our internal
Online systems to gain. Were initiated immediately to prevent further illegal access to all the necessary steps and restore the safety of all affected systems. We know that our data bank account information such as user names, email addresses and passwords are affected. Please note that no payment information is stored in the Ubisoft system. This means that any credit card information are not affected.

How many accounts are affected – or if there are even any data about Ubisoft is silent so far.
