Not surprisingly, after a series of numerous scientific studies and publications that smoking leads to disease and ill health, many people have decided to get rid of this bad habit.

British Heart Foundation has published a report which says that nearly 82 percent of the people surveyed who currently suffer from addiction would be extremely happy if one day they did not have to reach for another cigarette.

The study shows that 1 in 10 smokers not only wants, but is literally “desperate” to quit. The same report says that those who still rallied and actually decided to quit smoking had to wait four failed attempts before they smoke all the same cast. But scientists have reported that these data the average and often there are cases where a person has 20 times as many attempts to quit addiction.
