Study: TNS company offers users attitudes towards mobile applications
The study stressed the need for marketers realize that the impact of mobile phone on the “procurement approach” has become a reality.

While 73% of people feel “disturbed” if the application does not contain all the features when you use the Website.

The company TNS study confirmed that there is a very big possibility for the use of applications between mobile phone users, but they are advised to identify the user behavior deeper before adopting these trends fully.

Clark Hamilton stressed the need to take into account that there is no specific pattern in marketing;, but must be in-depth discovery of every segment of shoppers in order to ensure their needs and desires.

He concluded by saying that it is necessary to find an integrated approach that meets the needs of users at all points of contact during our quest to choose a variety of ways to search for a sense of tranquility during the purchase.
