Bethesda has support mods for Fallout 4 postponed the PlayStation 4. It is not known when PS4 owners on the go with the mod function, which last month was released on the Xbox One and the PC was already available.

The postponement was announced on Twitter, but Bethesda is not very specific about the reason or duration. “We are sorry that we have to announce that mod support is delayed for the PS, we let you know more once we can do that,” says the studio.

Bethesda argued previously called a closed beta test with mods on the PS4, according GameRant was the maximum space for mods thereby 900MB. That is much less than the 2GB that is available on the Xbox One. The use of mods on the PS4 would cause performance issues and bugs during the beta. Presumably Bethesda longer needs the time to perform optimizations.

In late May got Fallout 4 players on Xbox One access to mods. At that Bethesda promised that the PS4 a month later would have the same possibilities. In April began Bethesda supporting Fallout 4 mods for PC. Mods created with the Creation Kit, appear in a special menu within the game and on the Bethesda website.
