Ulbricht would therefore not Dread Pirate Roberts, manager of the illegal market. According Dratel lawyer who is still at large. “Silk Road 2.0 was within two weeks online,” said Dratel which he suggests that that would be created by ‘DPR. That is remarkable; the alleged manager of Silk Road 2.0 has also been arrested .

Indicates that according to his lawyer that he is not the Dread Pirate Roberts. “They took extensive measures to protect his identity,” said Dratel. “Would he really sign in a public library?”

Instead Ulbricht would at last be lured back by the “real” site administrators, who he then would like to put the blame on. The lawyer notes that Ulbricht had a modest lifestyle, which would not fit in the alleged $ 18 million bitcoins that he would have earned with his Silk Road activities.

The latter recognizes the American prosecution, but according to the prosecutor Ulbricht was going to fall out of his fortune and eventually give out in another country. “The suspect was caught red-handed,” he notes.

The government accuses Ulbricht also six people have wanted to kill, including someone who wanted to reveal his identity. According to lawyer Dratel there is no reason to believe that six people actually exist; at least one of them was an informant for the police.
