Synology: DiskStation Manager 5.0-4458 Update 1 fixes a security problem

Owner of a Synology NAS should take a look in the control panel of your NAS, because there should be an update available on the version 5.0-4458 Update 1. The update already appeared yesterday, Synology but had not previously made a changelog available online, so only now are aware of the changes. If you read the Changelog through, it will come to the realization that an update is mandatory, because it has been fixed a security problem in which cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks were possible. Furthermore, it is possible again after the update to mount encrypted shares on ext3 volumes and also the stability of the file transfer has been improved.
