Customers with a T-Mobile Home plan report a fault. The complaints come from all over the Netherlands and concern problems with the internet connection, but also with television and telephone calls.

A moderator of T-Mobile Home has confirmed on the official forum of T-Mobile that reports are coming in that in several places in the Netherlands problems with internet, TV and calling with the fixed line . According to the moderator, it is ‘probably problems with the dsl lines’. It is still unclear when the problems are expected to be resolved.

On the Allestoringen.nl website, affected T-Mobile customers report the problems that arose in the course of Tuesday morning. The reports come from, for example, Groningen, Breda, Zoetermeer, Rotterdam and Apeldoorn. It is mainly complained about a lost internet connection.

Recently, customers of T-Mobile Home also had to deal with a malfunction . According to T-Mobile, it was a general internet failure. This originated around noon and was rectified in the evening.

Update, 11:38 am : According to T-Mobile, the outage has now been rectified.
