Tele2 will compensate victims of fraud expensive dialing numbers




Tele2’s customers who are victims of the alleged fraud Wangiri return their money. In this form of fraud customers receive calls from an expensive premium rate number, where there is danger of a huge phone bill if they call back out of curiosity.

The television program Kassa spent early this month attention to the case surrounding the Wangiri fraud. The fraudsters appeared to call aimed Dutch during that period: Tele2 recorded in the period between mid-February and late March 3.6 million fraudulent phone calls. In 90,000 cases called Tele2 customers back this number, thus a large bill was due.
