Telecom billing problems with the Spotify Traffic

The German Telekom has something billing problems of Spotify -traffic. This service should – if booked with the Telekom – not be counted towards your volume, unlimited streaming should be possible normally without their problems get with your volume. But is going on in some customers not (been). How to report users that had noticed them that their volume was suddenly gone. Several support calls were fruitless, until one part of the Deutsche Telekom affected customers communicated that currently wealthy currently a problem and that Spotify Traffic was counted. The current solution according to Telekom? If the SMS is spent for volume, just call the support at 2202 and you get speed on free – so at least the statement of our whistleblower.
