The agency denies the statements attributed to the prince




Qatar News Agency (QNA) denied the publication of statements attributed to the emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani , and said that the site was exposed to penetrate from an unknown destination, and later confirmed that the account on Twitter “to penetrate.

The agency asked the media to ignore the fabricated statements made by the Emir of Qatar.

For his part, the Director of the Government Liaison Office Sheikh Saif bin Ahmed Al-Thani said that fabricated statements were made to the Emir of Qatar after attending the graduation ceremony of the eighth batch of national service.

Sheikh Saif said that what has been published has no basis whatsoever, and stressed that the competent authorities in Qatar are conducting the investigation to show and hold accountable all those who committed this “disgraceful” act as he described it.

Later, the Qatar News Agency confirmed that its account was placed on the social networking site “Twitter” to penetrate and was published fabricated news, and it is working to restore.

For his part, said the Director General of the Agency, Yusuf Ibrahim al-Maliki said that its location was exposed to infiltration from unknown destinations, but the situation is now controlled.

Al-Maliki said in a telephone conversation with Al-Jazeera that the prince did not deliver any speech at the graduation ceremony, pointing out that the statement of the government liaison office and the agency “Qena” confirmed the exposure of the agency’s website to penetrate.

He expressed surprise that many of the media reported the news despite the issuance of the government statement that denies, and confirmation of “Qena” exposed to the penetration.

In turn, surprised the editor of the newspaper “the Arabs” Qatari Abdullah fresh the insistence of some media to deal with fabricated news to spark strife between the Gulf states.
