The government will not help BlackBerry
Phone maker BlackBerry will not receive assistance from the government to get out of the current difficult financial situation. This statement was made by Canadian Industry Minister James Moore. The government hopes that the company will find its way out of the impasse. But if it will not work, the state will not interfere. Earlier it was reported that the company is considering various options out of the current difficult situation.
In an interview with Bloomberg James Moore praised the past achievements of the company:
This is a Canadian company with a long history of innovation and the important changes that it has brought in all the products we use. It provides employment to many Canadians. It is a source of pride of the Canadian people, and we hope that it will be all right.
The Minister gave the company its recommendation:
… Offering the device, services, platforms, and content that will be well received by the market.
Canadian pension funds have expressed interest in collaborating with the BlackBerry.
Regardless of whether the dominance of Android perpetual or temporary , other platforms have hard times. Some (like iOS) feel very confident, while others, unfortunately, can not find its place in a complicated modern smartphone market.
