Find a Question:
The study expects higher prices for electronics manufacturing
Modern electronic devices depend on many items and materials became difficult to obtain, due to the low presence in nature.
The researchers in the new study that many of the materials that go into manufacturing of electronic devices would be costly, and that some of those articles would be invalid, alternatives or non-existent.
Researchers identified in the “Yale” Yale University about 26 minerals and metal mixture are used in the manufacture of electronic devices such as smart phones.
In response, the Professor “Thomas graidl”, “Yale”, that alternatives to these metals and metal mixtures may not have the same quality, while some do have alternatives.
And many manufacturers of electronic devices with such reports began spreading recently to draw some of these minerals is quite expensive, and some processing may cause damage on the ground.
The Chinese Government has banned the export of certain materials that are defined as “rare elements” in 2010, contending that it could cause damage to nature, but observers believe that because the real prevention due to high prices of such materials to the equivalent of five times, so you want the Chinese Government to provide these high-cost materials by cheaper than what the Chinese companies can offer a competitive advantage in international markets.
Scientists will face enormous challenges to develop new mixtures with limited resources and increasing human population in the world, over the next few decades, according to the report, “Yale University”.
