The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Preview – Greatest RPG with the best graphics
As it should be, there is a central conclusion on the E3 2014 drawn then you could say that we have seen only a foretaste of what the new generation of consoles brings us last year. Although we have already seen most beautiful things, showing various developers this year that more is possible on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and of course on the PC. Games like The Order 1886 and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain doing a huge sum of money in that bag, but perhaps that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt it is the best example.
What CD Projekt Red revealed at E3 was impressive. That the game would feature atmosphere, a good story and gameplay similar to that of The Witcher 2 was already clear. The graphical splendor, the variation in the game world and the vastness of the game world, it blew us away so hard that we are in front of the Convention Center ended up almost on the street. Whether you look at the beautiful light effects, which views the character models and animations, everything is just wonderful.
That came at E3 perhaps best expressed when main character Geralt of Rivia, legendary Witcher appeal, an indoor location and ending up outside in bright daylight. The way the game adaptation of the eyes mimics, which therefore have to get used to the bright light is magnificent. Not that that effect has never been used in games, but as beautiful as in The Witcher 3, we have never seen it before.
Of course it helps that the place where it happened by itself is beautiful. Geralt was at that time namely around in Novigrad, the largest city in the world game The Witcher 3 takes place, and that is also visible. It can be seen in the city of attractively displayed, and indeed to hear of everything. Whoever has ears to hear the people of Novigrad talk about anything, ranging from mundane crap to things that Geralt has done recently. Sometimes these conversations take quite lurid forms. So we met a group of children at a game of “burn the witch” played, the only girl present was required to be the witch. Much more common, however, is a highly humorous undertone in the conversations, something that of course we know from the previous Witcher games.Viewing:-177
