The world’s first smartphone capable of turning into PCs running Windows (4 photos)




At IFA 2015, Acer has demonstrated a smartphone that can be converted into a computer. New named Jade Primo and works on Windows 10 Mobile. According to the manufacturer, the unit became the world’s first smartphone with support functions Continuum, which allows you to connect your mobile device to the TV / monitor and get something similar to a full-fledged PC with full-screen applications, start-up and so on. To focus attention on this possibility, Acer is planning to complete the respective smartphone dock, wireless keyboard and mouse. However, there is a small caveat – the program must be run from the category of universal application (Universal Windows app) with optimization for ARM-processor architecture.
