Toshiba P50t Review – 4k resolution on your 15.6 “laptop
The Toshiba P50t is the first laptop with a 4k screen. That screen is particularly valuable for users who get started with editing, thanks to the good calibration and high resolution. This resolution will not be important to everyone, and turning 4k movies and games you do not try. Thus the P50t in our opinion a device for the early adopter; you have to be financially it for free, and you will not be able to run everything on 4k but you are the first with a laptop with the highest screen resolution of this moment.

Screen resolutions on laptops have greatly increased in recent years. Full-HD has become the default resolution on almost all ultrabooks and mid-2013, Samsung introduced a ultrabook with a resolution of 3200×1800 pixels. The next goal was of course to develop. 4k a laptop screen Sharp was first to reach and Toshiba was one of the first manufacturers to such a screen mounted in a laptop.
At CES we got the Satellite P50t already against , and we were impressed by the sharpness of the 4k screen. The big question is what the added value of a higher resolution and to what extent at the expense of speed and battery life. That we have chosen for this review. We also look at how Windows and other software to deal with the high resolution.
Toshiba Satellite P50t we received the most expensive variant, which is equipped with a Core i7-4700HQ processor, 16GB of memory and an R9 M265X graphics. The price for all this beauty is at time of writing in 1550 euros. Obviously we marvel not only at the 4K screen, but us, we test the performance of the hardware and see how you get value for money with the P50t.Viewing:-187
