Toshiba will sell Full HD Chromebook with IPS screen for 349 euros




Toshiba has announced a new Chromebook on the market in the Benelux. The CB30 with 13.3 “screen comes in February only with resolution of 1920×1080 pixels off, for a suggested retail price of 349 euros.

When first announced in September, there was talk of a version with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels, but Toshiba has decided in the Netherlands only to bring out the machine with 1920×1080 pixels. The CB30-B-104, Toshiba’s ‘Chromebook 2’, features an Intel Celeron N2840 dual core. Furthermore, there is 4GB of ram and 16GB EMMC storage memory.

The laptop supports Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi ac, has a USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 port, which offers the latest sleep & charge, and can accommodate memory cards. Also, HDMI and stereo microphone present, while Toshiba for the speaker has worked with the manufacturer Skullcandy, best known for headphones.

The Chromebook measured at the thinnest point and 13mm at its thickest 19,3mm; the weight is 1.35 pounds. Toshiba will start delivery in February of next year, for a suggested retail price of 349 euros.
