TRA hosts the first Summit of the transactions and e-commerce for 2013
Brings together leading decision makers and experts in e-commerce and ICT in the region.
TRA plans to host the first Summit of the transactions and electronic commerce, which will be held on September 13 at the Intercontinental, Dubai Festival City, with the aim of promoting the development of the digital economy in the U.A.E..
The Summit of representatives of major business groups, small and medium-sized enterprises and leading e-commerce and Government officials to exchange views and ideas on a range of seminars.
The Summit will also offer digitally review small and specialized array of innovative solutions to the most common problems in the area of Internet and e-commerce in the context of a given semester program called “ACHIEVE IN 5″ and” INNOVATE IN 5″ where each 5 innovative businesses show up within 5 minutes of innovation in their work. In addition to the focus on the most important and recent global developments in this sector with a view to promoting e-commerce in the UAE and expanding its scope to better levels.
In this context, said Mohamed Al Ghanim, TRA Director General, statistics showed the GCC’s population continuing to spend on online shopping more than ever.
